Clench™ Compression Staple
The Clench System is a fully disposable sterile fixation system for orthopedic and podiatric surgeons for hand, foot fragments, osteotomy fixation and joint arthrodesis. Made from a high grade nitinol material, the Clench System utilizes a unique, built-in ratcheting hub that allows the surgeon to generate, incrementally increase, and retain mechanical compression.
- All-in-one single-use instruments and implant kit eliminates pre/post operative set management
- Instantaneous and continuous compression, no heat activation required
- Delivery system is very strong, rigid, and ergonomically designed to cut down on surgical complexity
- Multiple "Tamp" options built into the staple delivery system
- Implant is reloadable, in the event it is fired off prematurely
- Current available sizes of 7x7mm , 9x7, 11x10, 15x12, 18x18, 20x20, allowing for fixation for the Forefoot/Midfoot/Rearfoot
